To get to the East Fork of the Black River take "Another World Road" or "Fort Apache Road" off the 73 just south of the airport in the town of White River. The East fork of the White River starts near Fort Apache and heads south of Baldy Peak. There are naturally occurring trout in the east fork including Apache Trout and the Game and Fish department stocks it as well. A lot of the areas will be closed for spawning so look for signs. There is a map on the White Mountains Fishing Regulations page that will help you out.
