  • Burro Creek flows southwest into the west fork of the Black River. If it's open you can expect to catch Apache and Brown Trout.

    No brown trout exist in Burro Creek. Wild Apache trout are in West Fork Black River and occasionally go into Burro Creek. But Burro is generally too warm, so better fishing in the bigger and colder West Fork Black.
