    Lake elevation is 2,022 feet (94-percent full).

    Water is being let out of Horseshoe Lake as of Thursday (down 1,448 acre feet during the past 24 hours). When the lake is full, there are a lot of spawning fish.

    Water levels have risen significantly during the past month. When the lake is full, there are a lot pf spawning fish. Below the dam on the Verde River, there's probably some great catfish action.
