Breezy Lake was documented in the sixth edition of Arizona Atlas and Gazetteer in 2004. Its really the only documentation on the lake. It's documented in Google Maps (view below) I've listed the only facts that the Gazetteer has in the table below. You'll just have to go out there and find if it exist. If you go out there its right next to Ashurst Lake you might want to have that as a back up.
