March 3rd, TTL is currently closed because it's being filled like crazy from the Salt River. Should go back to normal soon, but as of now there is a ton of debris in the lake, it's brown, and all fishing/boating activities are shut done. So yeah, you can't fish there now.
Tempe Town Lake is Part of the Salt River that flows into Tempe created by a dam, open from 5:00 to 10:00 pm for boats and open till 12 for shore fishing.
"Arizona Game and Fish will attempt to stock trout in Tempe
Town Lake every month from November until February,
depending on water conditions. Warm temperatures do not
allow trout stocking, but bass, catfish and sunfish may be
caught year-round." -City of Tempe
Daily Bag and Possession Limits; 4 catfish,4 trout,2 bass (13 inch minimum) 10 sunfish, 1 white amur (30 inch minimum) Statewide limits apply to all other species.
