pond/lake just north of metro-center

My friend lives in some apartments just north of metro mall, right in a slew of neighborhoods called desert shores/biltmore on the lake. I have no clue what the lake itself is called but it looks promising. I spent a couple hours the other morning testing some jigs to no avail but I still wanna go back, anyone ever fished here? Can't find anything anywhere about this place even having fish or not lol
